Pricing is dependent on a variety of factors such as if we are jumping into the eviction fresh, or immediately into a Magistrate Court Hearing, Superior Court Hearing.
Our preference is starting fresh from the beginning as we can have easy visibility into the entire case, and thereby insuring every process & statute is followed to the letter of the law. Here is our baseline pricing as a starting point of reference:

*Note that Past Performance of 100% Eviction Success at Trial is limited to cases that remained at Magistrate Courts within the counties of Fulton, DeKalb, and Clayton in Metro Atlanta, Georgia. However, past performance is not a guarantee of future results. If there is a case that transfers venue, this will incur added costs, and extend timelines.
*Further, these costs do not include additional time costs, hauling off personal belongings or changing locks after vacancy, and additional filing fees past the original court filing fee such as retrieving a Writ of Possession after a Judge issues one. In our experience, after a Judge awards the judgment to the landlord for an eviction, the tenant typically hauls off the vast majority of their belongings themselves within the legally required 7 days as most do not want to have their stuff thrown out on the street, and thereby no additional filing fees are necessary but again past performance is not a guarantee of future results as the eviction process is highly variable in nature.
